Writing as a parent and a preschool toy researcher. This toy has great functionality and is very durable. Lots of opportunities for early language and communication, especially if your child has been assessed to have a speech delay, as mine has.
The other big benefit could be that this toy can be used alongside potty training- the flushing, washing hand etc is a hit. Children closer to 2.5 -3 can use it to work on bedtime routine and moring routines, counting, color matching the people with the chairs etc. Overall, this is toy is multifaceted and has many learning opportunities built in.

My daughter fell in love with this Little People Play House, she loved that it had songs by different levels. She was very engaged with the play house for a while. I as a mom liked the diversity of the little kids and the simplicity of how toys are, you don't need nothing fancy to play with. Totally recommended!

This house is so cute! I've always loved little people houses but this one has a freaking pool and a swing attached to it! I've never seen that before and my kids think it's the greatest thing about the house haha. They live to play house with all the rooms & play with the lights that go off for the noises. Definitely a worthy purchase great for all ages! (:

This house was super interactive for my 3 year old daughter. It came with 3 little people to play with plus accessories like a table and chairs. She has continued to play with this toy. She likes that she can turn on and off the lights.
There were a few things that I didn't like. The pool pops out so when you flip it up it doesn't always stay in. Also it comes with a little "cake" that is supposed to fit on the table. That doesn't sit very well. It either needs to snap in more or be an actual cake that sits on the table. It also came with some bottles that were supposed to go in the recycle bin but that was something it really didn't need and is just another piece to keep track of.
Overall though this is a great little people house.
