4.0 — SALES AND DELIVERY

4.1 — All payments must be made in full before any goods are dispatched.

4.2 — When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only acknowledge your order and will not constitute acceptance. A contract for the purchase of goods is formed once your payment is approved, and we have debited your credit or debit card.

4.3 — We reserve the right to extend, cancel, or change any promotional offer, discount, or coupon at any time.

4.4 — We will supply the goods as shown on www.shop.mattel.com.au following confirmation of your order.

4.5 — While we aim to meet delivery timeframes, we cannot guarantee that they will always be met.

4.6 — If we cannot fulfill your order, we will provide a full refund.

4.7 — Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, AfterPay, and ZipPay on www.shop.mattel.com.au.

 

4.8 - Domestic Standard Delivery (AU)

Standard delivery is available for all Australian addresses, with shipping rates based on delivery location and product type.

• Rates: $15.00 - $35.00 AUD.
• Delivery Timeframe: 3-7 business days.

4.9 - Domestic Express Delivery (AU)

Express delivery is available for Metro orders in Australia at the customer’s expense.

• Rate: $25.00 AUD.
• Delivery Timeframe: 1-3 business days.
• Express delivery is not available for orders containing Collector or Big Box items.

4.10 - Big Box Delivery (AU & NZ)

Big Box items are classified as bulky and require specialised handling. Delivery rates depend on location and weight.

• Australia: $20.00 - $45.00 AUD (Metro/Regional/Remote).
• New Zealand: $40.00 AUD.
• If Collector items are also included, an additional $5.00 AUD applies.

4.11 - Fragile Delivery (AU & NZ)

Orders containing Collector products are considered fragile and will incur an additional delivery fee to ensure safe handling and packaging.

• Australia: $5.00 - $40.00 AUD (Metro/Regional/Remote).
• New Zealand: $30.00 AUD.
• Orders under $120 AUD will incur an additional $5.00 AUD charge.

4.12 - New Zealand / International Delivery

Standard delivery to New Zealand is available. Shipping rates are based on product type and location.

• Rate: $20.00 - $40.00 AUD.
• Delivery Timeframe: 7-21 business days.
• Orders with Big Box or Collector products will incur additional charges (see sections 4.10 and 4.11).

Express delivery is not currently available for New Zealand orders.

4.13 - Free Standard Delivery (AU Only)

Metro orders over $120 AUD are eligible for free standard delivery, excluding orders containing Collector or Big Box items.
